BLCF Hurdles Training Workshop in Conjunction with Surrey County Athletics

Don’t miss the chance to sharpen up your hurdling skills before the outdoor season gets underway.

This Hurdles Training Workshop will cover both sprint hurdles, under the supervision of Lorna Boothe, and long hurdles, under the watchful eye of Marina Armstrong.
